UD379: AMMCO PD-14S Refurbished Dredge

Description

This AMMCO PD-14S dredge was originally constructed in 1985, and completely refurbished in 1996, then refurbished again in 2010. It has a 16” x 14” pump, powered by two Cat 399’s with 365 BHP each, working together through a belt drive and manual clutch. Auxiliary engine is a Cat 3306, with 175 BHP. Ladder length is 40 feet plus cutter, for plenty of digging depth. Reliable Gearmatic winches for the ladder and swing. Sheffer hydraulic cylinders raise and lower the 16” diameter spuds.
